Hello, my name is Peter Krausch thanks for choosing Collision Services Network. I have worked in the insurance industry as a claims professional for 35 years. I worked for many of the industry leaders as well as independent adjusting companies and collision repair facilities. I hold a NY State independent adjusting license, industry certified ICAR platinum, and ASE. I have an MBA, B.S., A.S.S. in claims law, and a graduate of Dale Carnegie. I am a member of the Society of Claims Law Professionals. I am a resident of Suffolk County Long Island and a lifetime resident of the state of New York.
I started C.S.N. in response to the growing collectivization of the collision services industry and the marginalization of the industry consumer through disinformation, technology, and confusion; together with procedural or regulatory misrepresentation by the insurance industry.
As Collision Services Network is the voice of the collision services industry and the advocate for the industry consumer, we bring clarity and solidarity for both our customers and the collision services industry.
Our customer service goals, target business practices and principles that ensure every Collision Services Network customer has a WOW experience. We give feelings of trust, confidence, security, and strength.
To support and promote the independently owned and operated auto body industry and all affiliated businesses and educate and inform the consumer as to their rights, options, and expectations related to an insurance claim. We will accomplish this by empowering our customers with industry-based knowledge, professional consultation, freedom of choice with our affiliated business partners, and implementing marketing strategies that will leverage technology to drive advertising efficiency and increase the market share of all our client business partners.
